Once this form is submitted we’ll send you an invoice so we can get started. However, please note that work on your order will only begin once proof of payment has been received.

I agree to the terms and conditions as set out in this document. No parts will be send until we have received payment in full – unfortunately we’ve been ghosted too many times after spending considerable amounts of time on sending parcels out. We will however never send anything out that is not as perfect as it can be.

EFT Payment

EFT payments can take up to 2 days to clear.Please allow 3-7 business days from when payment reflects in our account for your order to be processed, printed and dispatched, we do try and keep this time frame as short as possible.

Depending on your chosen shipping method delivery will take between 3 and 5 days. Our orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Should you need your order urgently, we can accommodate you for a rush fee. 

Shipping

Economy courier to Durban takes 5 full business days.
Parcels are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday. Once parcels are handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our hands, and we cannot be held liable for any delays.

We will however do our best to assist with any issues. Should something be damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can act accordingly.
